The Historic Stephen B. Jennings House

Carol W. Wood’s office is located in the historic Stephen B. Jennings House at 751 South Orange Avenue in Sarasota.  The Colonial Revival structure was built in 1924–1925 for a prominent attorney who served on the Sarasota City Commission and was instrumental in the city’s acquisition of the Sarasota Bay property, now the site of many public buildings, including the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.
