Estate Planning

Carol W. Wood works with clients to determine their goals in planning for the possibility of incapacity, the preservation of wealth and the transfer of wealth upon death. Based upon the client’s particular situation, Carol recommends a plan that includes the preparation of appropriate estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate Designations, Living Wills and a variety of other more sophisticated documents such as irrevocable life insurance trusts. She uses her background in estate and trust litigation to counsel clients in planning for long-term family harmony.
